Top 20 Favs from 2020

I think it could be all too easy to list all the big bummers of 2020. In some way this year challenged us all. And we’re all coming out of it stronger. An area that is stronger for me is my online shopping game! For real, the amount of packages that have shown up at my door this year has to be an embarrassing amount. We are so grateful to all the delivery drivers and mail carriers! Through stepping up my online shopping I discovered some great stuff and new brands that have become my favs of this year! Let’s chat about em’ [ number 20 is not pictured, but listed because it’s a bit TMI but I for sure saved the best for last. ] Keep scrolling to see my top 20 favs from this year! And leave me a comment with something that was your favorite! Let’s go ahead and get the list started for 2021!

  1. Louie Sling from Walker Family Goods $42 [ For sure my most used bag that’s not a diaper bag. It’s got just the right amount of pockets, the strap is long enough for my size 16 waist and it comes in the best colors. I’ve got my eye on the mustard one! ]

  2. Pattern Shower Brush $17 [ This brush is B O M B, especially if you have coarse wavy/curly hair like me. I use this on Jax too but, just use it gently y’all because it’s kinda heavy. The first couple of times I smacked my head because I was moving too fast. ]

  3. Time and Tru from Walmart [ I shop small but I also shop Walmart and when I do it’s from the brand Time and Tru. Their basics are my favorite, especially their crewnecks $12. Don’t sleep on this line y’all. ]

  4. Olaplex #3 Hair Perfector $28 [ I’ve gone through 3 bottles of this during 2020 because… I went hard and heavy with the bleach early on in the year and needed something to help repair my hair. This treatment helped reduce breakage and strengthened my hair each time I used it. ]

  5. Kindred Good Freesia Petals & Rain - purchase in-store at Old Navy [This has been my go-to scent for a couple of years now and this year was no different. It’s got just the right amount of floral scent for me and lingers the whole day. ]

  6. LiquidIV Energy Multiplier $24 [ I’ve been blessed to be an #LIVInfluecner this year and out of all the different flavors I’ve tried, I think the lemon ginger in the energy multiplier is my fav. I like to drink this during or after my peloton rides. You can use code BEEANINSPIRATION for 20% off your order! ]

  7. Wet n Wild Breakup Proof Liner $2.99 [ The ‘breakup proof’ line came out during this year and y’all if you’re looking for a liner that doesn’t budge it’s this one. The liquid liner $5.99 is B O M B too! ]

  8. Miller Fedora from GigiPip $112 [ This Fedora released in 2019 but I bought it this year. It’s currently sold out and for good reason, it’s amazing! ]

  9. Otterpop Cases from Otterbox $59.95 [With two little boys occasionally grabbing my phone it’s important to me that it’s protected when it accidentally falls to the ground. And also, that I have a pop socket, I seriously don’t know how people go without it. ]

  10. SaltyFace Gradual Tan $34 [@bethanymenzel came out with SaltyFace this year and let me tell you, the gradual face tan is what we all need. For an already tan girl, I use this about once a week and very sparingly, which is why my bottle still looks so full. I use 4 drops, that’s it! It gives my face just the perfect sun-kissed look without going too overboard. ]

  11. Olive & June Nail Polish $8 [This is another brand that I have been blessed to work with this year and I have fallen in LOVE with their creamy polishes. I even take them with me when I go get a pedicure (which has only been twice this year). Be sure to grab the holy grail of all top coats too. With the topcoat my polish will last me all week, chip-free. ]

  12. Revive Peppermint Glow Roll-On $17 [ The brand Revive is where I get all my oils from. I bought this peppermint roll on during the hot Texas Summer to help keep me cool. It’s a dream y’all. ]

  13. Lauren Conrad Beauty Lip & Cheek Tint in Peony $20 [ Did you know LC launched a beauty line this year? I am in love with it all and have used some serious self-control when shopping her site. But if you get one thing it needs to be this lip & cheek tint. Just a little bit goes a long way and also, stays put under your mask! ]

  14. NYX Butter Gloss in Creme Brulee $5 [ This gloss has been on my yearly favs list for 5+ years now. It’s the perfect glossy but not too glossy nude. It’s a, “your lips but better” type gloss and you need it in your life. ]

  15. KeepCup $28 [ So here’s the thing about this cup… I don’t really know what’s so special about it. Hah! It was created by baristas and always sells out super fast once it’s back in stock. It’s cute, super aesthetic, but sadly doesn’t keep your drink hot. It would be perfect for a cold brew though. ]

  16. JoyLab Ribbed Leggings $20 [ These are currently on sale at Target and go out of stock really fast. Give me comfy, well-fitting, ribbed athleisure any day. ]

  17. Old Navy Masks $12.50 [ By this point I think we all have a mask that we prefer. I’ve stocked up on both adult and kids masks from Old Navy this year. ]

  18. Nike Daybreak Sneaker $90 [ This will be my sneaker for 2021, so be prepared to see it more often. I plan to buy another pair asap because they are just so darn comfy and not to mention super cute. ]

  19. Tolv Sudio Earphones $99 [ I collaborated with Sudio back in 2019 and was gifted these earphones. I use them daily during my peloton rides. I LOVE THEM. ]

  20. Saalt Cup $29 [Saving the best for last. This one is not pictured because it’s a bit TMI but also it cannot be left off the list because ladies… it will change your life. I switched to a menstrual cup back in 2019 and was using an off brand cup (full disclosure, from AliExpress). I switched over to Saalt this year and I recommend it to anyone who will listen. It’s not scary to make the switch, be brave and do it! It is life changing!]
